WHAT TO EXPECT:
Intensive functional workout using various sports equipment and your weight.
During a 45-minute workout, you’ll burn up to 500 calories and activate your entire body. Every workout is unique. Sometimes you’ll work out alone, sometimes in a pair, and sometimes in a team.
This class is very similar to Games, but the playlist consists entirely of rock hits.
Suitable for all skill levels.
