WHAT TO EXPECT:

Active cardio training with elements of martial arts. There will be kicks, punches and jumps. Ideal for those who sit a lot during the day and want to exercise. We'll burn that "lifebuoy" around your waist in no time!

To complicate things, you can use weights for the legs and arms or pound dumbbells (bottles).

Suitable for all skill levels.
