WHAT TO EXPECT:
Active functional class for all levels.
You start with a punching bag. Your trainer shows simple combos, i.e., your cardio workout. After that, you do strength and cutting workouts on the floor. You’ll alternate these blocks. Thanks to this structure, your muscles will wake up faster but tire more slowly. You’ll do arms, shoulders, abs, back, and legs exercises.
Work out lasts 45 minutes in a dark space filled with music and incredible energy. Just you and your punching bag!
Suitable for all skill levels.
