Boxing
Active functional class for all levels. You start with a punching bag. Your trainer shows simple combos, i.e., your cardio workout. After that, you do strength and cutting workouts on the floor. You’ll alternate these blocks. Thanks to this structure, your muscles will wake up faster but tire more slowly. You’ll do arms, shoulders, abs, back, and legs exercises.

Intensive functional workout using various sports equipment and your weight. During a 45-minute workout, you’ll burn up to 500 calories and activate your entire body. Every workout is unique. Cardio Bands is our original workout, which combines interesting cardio exercises with special rubber bands, and floor exercises, with the help of which we work out the buttocks, legs, core, and stretching. Cardio will help burn a lot of calories and is based on simple jumps and their combinations which you can easily repeat, and rubber bands reduce impact of jumps and help to work out your arms and shoulders beautifully.
